Visa and Mastercard monopoly is dying in Europe thanks to the cell phone. Now you can pay in France(In Japan since a long time) with your mobile and for stores that means less fees for Vi$a and Ma$tercard and it&#039;s just the beginning.
And for ISO and others there&#039;s no such thing anymore, like paying those high fees to become a reseller.</description>
