I have found that the National Bureau Of Merchant Services not only the lowest when it comes to rates because we shopped around but also able to provide us with the best customer service I have seen. The best thing is there was no prompts. I would highly suggest them.

Paymentech, now Chase Paymentech, I have found to be pretty helpful even to small, newbie merchants. I've used them for several years now and have no cause for complaint, so I would contest the suggestion that smaller businesses should go to smaller processors.
